African’Zuri Festival is a platform for multicultural events allowing all Africans to celebrate a unified continent.
This unique event brings together the 6 African regions in one city for 4 consecutive weekends, The north, the south, the east, the west, the centre and the diaspora. It is currently the only pan-African event celebrating the cultural diversity of our continent. We celebrate 2 regions per Weekend in different places with different decorations related to these regions, organizing a show around their:
1. Modern and traditional music
2. Modern and Traditional dancers
3. Culinary Arts
4. Sculptors and the Arts
5. Painters
6. Fashion Designers
7. Comedies
8. Magic trick

In short, all that revolves around culture. The 4th weekend is dedicated to two major events :
1. A humanist conference that highlights Africa and Africans.
2. A big gala evening to close the African’Zuri Festival to thank the sponsors and the host city or country.
During this evening the 6 regions are brought together around culture.
Founder and CEO of the African’Zuri Festival,
Sonia M.L Kabanda wears several hats but carries one single mission at heart : that of bringing a touch of originality and tremendous benevolence in each of her endeavours.
Among her many facets, she is a nutritionist and lifestyle coach, fashion designer and overall a multi-sector entrepreneur. Promoting Africa, its values, its colors and cultural riches, she carries into her soul an undeniable lively flamme that leaves a mark through every encounter she has; she carries hope in one united Africa with development, wonder and inspiration as its motto.
